What Comes After Setting Big Goals

after setting your big goal or deciding what life you want to build for yourself.

very specific things start happening in your mind immediately after or a day or two after.

we all experience it but no one says they are necessary and part of creating your dream life and achieving big goals

what comes after is

you feel excited, motivated, ready to go in

then

fear and doubt start to creep in

” what if it didn’t work, you need to learn more, are sure people will listen to you or will  you able to, you’re not good enough, look to x they know better, everyone will think of you as a failure if you don’t do it fast, you’ll feel ashamed, stop right now before it gets complicated and you waste more of your time,…”

and so many other thoughts that are based on fear, doubt, and ego

they go hand on hand with big goals, high levels you are trying to get to

Fear

Fear of judgment, fear of the unknown, fear of failing, fear of success, fear of going out of your comfort zone…

Doubt

If it right, good, will work, toward your own abilities and potential to do it, to make it happen.. ..

Confusion

About if it’s right, what to do next, if it will be worth it, about what strategy to use and so on

Overwhelm

caused by the thoughts of ” I don’t know what to do, it’s going to fail why I started, there are so much to do and learn, there’re so many people doing it or not enough people doing it and so on

Indecision over the small tasks and unimportant ones

to avoid the fear and doubt

there’s pain associated with doing new things associated subconsciously
that’s why we try to stop ourselves even when we have the best of intentions

why our mindes get all of these thoughts and emotions

the mind will try to stop you from doing something new that will require more energy to be exerted, more conscious effort from its part

The mind tries to protect you from doing something outside of your comfort zone, outside of what is normal for you even if the normal you live isn’t serving you

the other reason is the limiting beliefs that are deep in our subconscious mind that to start to resurface every time we go after something that doesn’t much it

remember that our feelings are based on those thoughts, so, we can change how we feel by changing those thoughts one by one

first, by starting to be aware of them then

second, choose to think differently

How Do I Manage Those Thoughts And Emotions

by

1- Managing your thoughts and being aware of this will save you a lot of disappointment and help you not give up

That’s why I started taking seriously because as I said before if I don’t my mind will let the fear and familiarity looking the part will take control

My goal isn’t to eliminate fear and doubt but rather to move with courage with their presence

2- Acknowledge that they’re part of the journey of building a life that I dream of

3- Journal those thoughts and question them and get deeper to know the deepest beliefs that drive them if any

4- Having people who show you the way and tell you the truth not glamorous it or make absolute torture

who speaks about what is going on with them honestly

5- Let them be, not trying to resist it or change it just observe them with curiosity and compassion to my mind. then take action with courage

it’s so liberating to start to observe your thoughts without getting worked up if they are negative because it won’t be positive 100% but more often than being negative

6- Be aware that you associate a great pain with change and going after your dream subconsciously that reflected in your action and the results you are getting

7- Make the pain from being where you are greater than the pain of going after your goals and building your dreams
