- 4-questions to help you apply each one
Let’s get to it

3 mindset You Need To Succeed At Every Goal
1-the growth mindset
This term is coined by Dr.Carol Deck
this mindset involves a set of beliefs whose purpose of to help you grow and evolve
these beliefs are
you can get better at anything if you put in effort, welcome challenges, and keep going despite setbacks,
whatever happens to it doesn’t define your worth personality, intelligence,
you are not afraid to actually try, you are not afraid to put in effort toward your goal,
you confront obstacles,
you think that effort is positive,
you know that you will learn from the situation and challenges,
you think that their personality and intelligence aren’t fixed and that
they can be developed with effort and time,
Why adopt it
Because it helps you take action toward your goals and not fall into the perfectionism and fixed mindset traps
that leads you to procrastinate, waste time, and hide which leads you to stay where you have no growth just misery
When to use it
Use it to achieve your goals, change your life, and anything else
How to use it
1-by rewarding yourself for the effort you put in, how? By telling yourself that you are proud of yourself
2-putting yourself in it wherever you work through asking yourself QS like
what could you do to ensure that you are in a growth mindset? what a growth-minded person do?
what x person(that you think exhibits the growth mindset) do, think, and act?
how to make this easy? how to follow through
3-remind yourself that you can get better, learn anything with effort
4- reminder yourself that effort is a sign of growth, not talent
5- when you find yourself feeling tired, bored, or hungry after something you’re doing gets hard
Put yourself in this mindset by
picturing your brain forming new connections as you face the challenge and learn
6-is there something in your past that you think measured you?
Test score, dishonest or callous action?being fired or rejected
Focus on feeling all the emotions you felt then after that
put them in this mindset perspective look at your role in it knowing that doesn’t define your intelligence or personality
Ask yourself: what did i / can i learn from this experience?
How can i use it as a basis of growth? And carry this with you
7-make a plan to do something you feel you’re not good at or will never be
or dismissed as something you can’t do even though you wanted
8-when you feel down and don’t want to work put yourself in a growth mindset
by remembering that effort is a positive thing and keep doing the work
my experience is
Started Pursuing photography and worked on not getting bothered by not being good at first and
accepted that work would be messy from preparing the set to shooting
the whole place will be a mess and that’s okay
Started this blog and am still going with it despite many things not going
as planned and not achieving my goals yet but i am getting better at writing and creating
Many times I have stopped myself from doing something
because I wasn’t sure I could do it, learn it
By adopting this mindset I’m more willing to do it and stick with it for a long time until i get it
i don’t want to sugarcoat this and delude you that’s is so easy but it’s not
it’s simple and requires repetition and practice to get used to this way of thinking
because at critical moments your fixed mindset will surface
since it’s your most used even if you’ve been working on being in the growth mindset even if it does
try your best to catch it then shift your thinking and note your thoughts

2-curiosity mindset
it is about being curious about whatever happens to you the good and the bad.
Letting your mind wander and find solutions to the problems you have,
Why adopt it
It helps you analyze situations without judgment,
find solutions from a place of ease, and it helps you be in a growth mindset
When to use it
When things go wrong when you want to problem solve, when you want to create something new
when you’re stuck, feeling pressured, stressed, procrastinating
How to adopt it
1-by asking yourself: what happened here? Why did that happen? What can I do about it?
What if id o this what will happen? What if i create this how would i feel?
What are possible outcomes that my mind thinks it’s impossible?
What can i create if i am not afraid, hesitant, bored,…?
What would x(person you admire or a personality trait) do in this situation?
what can i think in this situation or about this to get it done?
These are some questions to ask yourself to activity your curiosity
2-Wondering think what would a growth-minded person do in your situation/here?
my experience with it
I do that in my weekly review I approach it with curiosity,
when i conduct myself in a way that wasn’t intended I approach it
with curiosity to find out what can I do better next time
which applies to both the growth and curiosity mindset
I ask myself the following questions when i find myself resisting
doing the work and i do it with pen and paper
why can’t i do this? why am I procrastinating or resisting doing this work?
then direct my mind into thinking helpful thoughts like
it’s okay I am not feeling like doing it but i can do it anyway
3-enjoyment mindset
It is about bringing fun into what you do despite its difficulty to make it easy to do what you love
Why do it
To make whatever you do fun, to bring back the fun into things that we forget
to have when we do it include the work you do to pursue your goals.
To make reaching your goal easier and more enjoyable
When to do it
When you feel bored, or discomfort, whenever you work to bring joy to yourself
How to adopt it
1-by Ask yourself; how can i feel good here?
What can i do to feel good about what i do?
How can i feel good/ happy while doing this task?
2- put background music when you work
3- have a drink that you like when you work
4-have something fun to do afterward to look forward to doing that thing
5-reminded yourself that you chose this work and the hardship you face you will have similar or more of something else you don’t love
so, it’s better to have hardship doing something you love or want to do
than having hardship in something you don’t love or want to do
Life isn’t easy it has a lot of suffering and pain
but it’s your choice to choose your pain and knowing the pain toward your goal is a blessing
6-think thoughts that make it fun like i love creating and this makes do that,i
like immersing myself in creative work,
i will do this because it’s part of the things that will help me reach my goal and that’s okay that i don’t like it
My experience with it
I did try to feel good as do work but most of the time wasn’t intentional
about it so,I got resistant and bored more than i can count
this year i am consciously working on it by setting my intention and putting myself in it before i start working
Let’s do it together

I like the concept of the curiosity mindset – I’ll have to try and use that one!

You do thta!! It’s a helpful one in many situtions and it transform your thinking from blame, shame into curiosity which help us find solutions instead of going in circle inside our heads

Our mindset is definitely essential in many ways. The ability to refocus it too is a great help because sometimes we need to see things differently or approach them from a new angle. This was a great reminder to look at how our mindet can help us succeed!

How we think governs how we act so, it is very important to look at things differently and see them from different angles. Glad it was helpful!
