Get Productive Through Scheduling : Scheduling For Beginners
To achieve your dreams you need to take control of your time and not let everything happens to you accidentally.
Having a clear list of what you need to get done each day is essential and will help you focus and know your priorities.
You don’t see any successful person who doesn’t know what they going to do each day there may be an exception on some days which ironically they plan to have that day to be off and chill .. etc.
Elon Musk has a crazy schedule where he blocks his days into 5 minutes increments so every moment is planned as do Bill Gates and Gary Vaynerchuk
Of course, you don’t have to go to that extreme like them especially if you’re a beginner at scheduling (I know I was overwhelmed by scheduling so I put off using it for a while I just used to do lists then I got into scheduling by only schedule the most important tasks and moved from there)
or if that doesn’t fit with what you do, your work, your school…etc
when scheduling keeps in mind knowing what way works for you that takes time and trial and error on your end to see if it works for you and what works for you
what you need to know is: how to schedule by an hour and schedule the very important things you need to get done that specific day especially if you are a beginner
You don’t need to go extreme but you need to schedule your time and don’t let things happen randomly
How I suggest you do it if you never have done that before or done it but didn’t work
I recommend taking it easy and simple like always do so start by only scheduling the important tasks each day then you can go from there in any direction you want
scheduling for beginners: the process
1- choose a digital calendar I use google and will you use it here to demonstrate with a digital calendar you can easily check it anywhere and you can add notification
2- create 2 calendars one for your meetings or anything you do outside and the other one for getting stuff done(to-do tasks)
3- choose the best time you work in where you’re focused or if you’re busy with work choose where you have a slit opening in the schedule, a time you know you can commit to
4- have 2-3 tasks scheduled per day no more because sometimes we overestimate and get excited to fill the time slots but you need to remember there are many things that happen during the day we didn’t schedule other than work
5- schedule the daily activities which are eg. eating time, sleep, wake-up time
6- observe what you do in the other times you didn’t schedule

Happy scheduling
peace and love
