How Did I Improve Myself And My Life
7 Tools To Improve Yourself
1-the perfectionism Project podcast
When i found this podcast i was in the process of changing myself
from changing my mindset, confidence,
and self-esteem, and getting shit done.
At the time,I started my blog too. it helped me plenty to keep trying and working on it too
it gave me tips, insights, a new perspective
a new way of looking into myself and what I am doing, how to change and
relatedness and understanding that i was missing in my life
I related to the podcaster’s story and struggles.
got a lot of help from the tips and stories shared there.
I especially enjoyed the old version of it ie. when I heard it at the time around(2018,19,20,21)
it’s helpful for you if you’re trying to change, get shit done,
want to build your creator business or any business, or IF you think you’re a perfectionist
2-21-Day Confidence Challenge course by Marisa Peer
I bought this course – Challenge Hybrid to get confident
beacuse I was so deep in doubt, imposter syndrome, and
fear of getting myself out there and
this course was helpful in making me feel confident and
take action front that place
but one thing I want to make clear if you’re doing something that is in itself wrong
you won’t get too far even with this course
so, look into what you are doing does it need to change?
If so, change it then do this course and you’ll get better results that way
It is for you if you want to overcome your fears, doubts about yourself and
if you want a boost of confidence or a reminder of your own strength
3-7 Secrets of Confidence book
This is the book that helped me change 180 my confidence and
how to interact with people
before this book, I was shy, extremely closed off, and
couldn’t make eye contact with others
after I started applying it.
i have changed a lot since then and I change daily but this was Kindle that started it
It’s not only for getting confident with people but with anything
you don’t feel confident about your health, looks, work..etc
So, if you need to feel and be confident in any area pick up this book and you will thank me

4-journaling
I heard a lot about it and started using it mainly as a brain dump
ie. getting thoughts out of my mind into a paper without filtering.
I journal when i feel any negative emotions or want to
explore something in my mind, learn about myself
It helped me with emotional regulation, exploring my limiting beliefs,
shifting my perspective, changing thoughts,…etc
It was a great investment in my life and still is.
I’ve not been doing it for a while now and I want to start doing it again
so, this is me announcing it
I want to try different forms like contemplation and philosophical journaling,
self-discovery intentionally through questioning myself on a regular basis
If you haven’t tried it, try it and see how it is a great tool!!!
5-google’s digital calendar
This is a great tool to plan and keep track of time not only for appointments.
I started time management with a to-do list, using a priority system and
a planner and they’re solid things for that
but in my opinion, they’re not enough and can’t be used without a digital calendar.
without a digital calendar, you’re missing out!! on getting the important work done
to-do list is only beneficial in creating the tasks
that you’ll schedule them on the calendar
but using it alone won’t help with having start and end point and having time Constraints
the real planning is on the calendar because the calendar provides me with:
It helps me accurately plan my days, easy to adjust things
ie. move things around on it if anything happens,
holds me accountable,and
relieves my brain from thinking about what to do next
(which a to-do list can fail at that)
I’d urge to try using a digital calendar if you’re not using it already and
see for yourself how it transforms your planning and productivity.
It’s one of the essential tools in my planning system
It’s perfect for creators, high performers like yourself
check this article to help start using it
6-notion for organization
It’s by far the best organization tool I’ve come across, it’s versatile which makes
it is easy to adapt to any format you want.
you can sort everything from taking notes, creating task lists,
creating different plans,
creating tables for house chores for cleaning, tracking tables,
it’s endless !!!
If you don’t have an organization software that you love
I’d suggest you try notion
sign up today and start organizing your life
7-weight set
I wanted to include this here because it improved my life and I profoundly.
i paid upfront and the benefit is still coming if you know what I mean.
now,I can work out any time I want even at midnight.
It made working out easy and excuse-free.
It helped me and still is helping me become stronger, build muscle,
and keep my bones strong and healthy
as you know bone and muscle loss will increase as we age
especially for women.
My brain feels fired afterward and more energetic and
overall less stressed that of course,
for any exercise not only this
I’d say it’s worth investing in one if you don’t have money
for a gym membership
or on days when you don’t want to go to the gym
you can still workout with weights.
it’s one and done but it will have a great impact on your health physically and mentally
here are some options you can check it out

8-supplementing with vitamin D
I was feeling fatigued and tired for months on end
but after research and the realization
since I barely go out in the sun
after I started taking it and saw the difference in my mood and energy and
of course my health as well.
keep in mind that even if you take it if the other aspects that
are related to being fatigued and tired
aren’t addressed like sleeping, food, movement, stress, and anxiety
you’ll still feel tired even if you take it
so, it’s a whole system, not one magical solution
but if everything is at least decently good
then it will be a wonderful addition if you know you’re deficient and
your doctor can help you run tests to find out and
don’t take anything without consulting a doctor or a physician
(disclaimer: consult your doctor before taking any medicine or supplement this is for educational purposes only)
With that we’ve come to the end of this post.
I hope you did gain something from it that you can use.
To make this practical, take one or two things to apply,
that way you’ll really learn
what will take from this post? what will you do to improve yourself and life?
To your success

I’m a huge organisation fan and use lots of Google apps to help me keep on top of things. I’ve heard good things about Notion as well, but just haven’t got around to trying it out yet!

Improving life starts with taking care of yourself, both mentally and physically. Personally, I’ve found a lot of value in reading personal development books. They inspire me to grow and work towards my goals. Alongside that, I prioritize my health by taking vitamins and exercising regularly. It’s amazing how these simple habits can make such a big difference in our overall well-being.
