WHY PRACTICING GRATITUDE IS A MUST: BENEFITS, ADVANTAGES, HOW TO

The energy and the state one can get to be in when truly feel grateful is magnificent. It melts fear, anger, sadness, and any other negative or stagnating feelings. it gets you feeling light, lifted, and peaceful

It changed how I look at life and where am I at. when I started practicing it regularly things started to shift in my life; I found new people that could help me, inspire me, attracting more of what I want, seeing what I have and be present to

because being grateful put me in a different vibration, state of energy

Yes, all of these didn’t happen instantly except the feelings I felt but it took its time

Being grateful shine a light on things and world that most don’t get to experience if they live in autopilot

we don’t see what we have, we don’t appreciate it and feel it, we only see the lack of what we don’t have

the benefits and rewards of being grateful and living in gratitude state are outstanding

the benefits of gratitude practice

1- It helped me be more mindful and present

I can’t express enough how gratitude with it being something so simple to do but has a great impact the more and more I use it

2- It changes our own inside chemistry. that goes for any positive or negative state. think how being in a constant state of anger and stress will lead to diseases.

3- It helped me see the countless gifts and blessing I have even though most of the time i used to think about what i don’t have

4- It’s a great tool to help you change your life because you can’t see big Opportunites and even dream from a negative, low energy

5- it helps activate dopamine and serotonin release in the brain based on research here that contribute into helping us feel happy, joyful and positive

6- it improved my mental and physical wellbeing.more positive, nicer to others and myself and compassionate too. less to no diseases throughout the year

it improves the quality of our lives, health, relationships

we become happy, positive and peaceful

make us kinder, nicer, appreciative to others

as you can see, I am trying to sell you on doing it and I know you probably heard, learned about it and its benefits

but the question is did you do it? And if you did, did you stick on doing it continuously, daily, weekly..?

If not, I am prompting you to try again but keep doing it for at least a month or two.

to make it a habit that you do on autopilot but at the same, you’ll be present because it will require you to think and observe which will make you present

How to practice gratitude and the benefits of gratitude

how to start practising gratitude?

It’s simple and easy ( my two favorite words 😉

I’ll offer you a few suggestions that will make it easy for you to do it

1- Pick any notebook you have and start writing what you are grateful for in it

write on it the gratitude journal, write the date if you want on each page or when you write them

2- Say what you are grateful for out loud with someone so you can both do it

3- Say it with yourself when you wake up or before you go to sleep or both

4- when you’re outside find something to be grateful for. the road, the car you drive, the taxi you took..etc

tip: when you feel frustrated about the traffic, waiting in lines think of something to be grateful for and be grateful for

to make the most of your gratitude practice

Write about as many things, people,..etc that you are grateful for in your journal

You can start by writing 3 or 5 things and focus on feeling grateful 

Best time to do it when you wake up and before you sleep to give you the energy and put you in the positive, high vibed state in the morning and relieve any negative at night

the magic by Rhonda Byrne. the whole book about gratitude and its magic.it shows you different ways to do and to think about it. I used it personally and I like it. you don’t really need it to start but if you want a guide this is a great choice
