7 ideas on how to upgrade, level up, and reinvent your life

You can create your own pre-made journal. How?

Decide which questions to ask yourself daily.

Examples of questions: How was your day? What am i proud of? How do you evaluate today from 1-10?

What am i grateful for? How could i make tomorrow better? What good thing happened?

Choose any or find your own, then write them in a new journal/notebook for the upcoming 7 days and repeat weekly

2-daily visualizing a habit or goal you’re struggling to uphold

Simply, imagine yourself doing the thing, getting into it, and feeling the feeling you would have if you had done it.

With time, you find yourself getting there and doing whatever it takes

I struggle with going to bed early, but by consistently practicing visualization, I’ve started getting ready for bed earlier.

While I still have trouble getting to bed fast, I’m getting there. It’s a gradual change

This is how I visualize sleeping early: I visualize when I will go to sleep, wearing the pajamas,

lying in bed, waking up feeling refreshed and happy, looking at the mirror, and feeling proud

Write in it everything that inspires you from books, quotes, songs, shows, and people

for motivation and feeling good when you are down

4-create an inspirational board

collect everything that inspires you, from quotes, visuals, and add links to playlists

You can do it on Milano, shuffle, and Pinterest’s new collage feature

Choose an area, and if you don’t know where to start, start with cleaning your following list on social media

Or organize your files and folders based on category, if you have neglected them lately

6-pick up a calming hoppy

Like coloring, puzzles, board games with friends, an afternoon walk..etc

Any win, whether the win is about a change in your behaviour, mindset, attitude, or in the actions/habits you take

Doing this will motivate you, and you’ll have evidence of your accomplishment, especially when you feel down or hopeless.

Also, it will help boost your self-esteem, confidence, and self-belief

Final thoughts

After finishing answering these questions, you’ll be in a much clearer place than you started,

And it will help you to unload and reflect on your life and yourself.

Also, know that some answers might come later after you leave the session,

since your brain loves to find answers to any question you ask it, even if not in the moment

Evaluating your life is important to do very often, and especially if you feel like

you’re life isn’t where you want to be, feel stuck, and things are stale

How do you evaluate your life? Is there any question or idea that you would implement from this post?
