Find Inspiration For Introverts

What you do when you don’t feel inspired since this feeling comes and goes how to deal with it especially if you’re a person can’t go out because of your social anxiety or you’re introverted and have the tendency to y criticize yourself if don’t do the work or you can do better than you’re doing I feel you I am so hard on myself and don’t like to stop working.

you’ll find many ideas on how to get inspired on the internet but for me my brain when it sees them it goes like this “that’s good how you can do it,where are you going to find x&y or there’s a lot of people or what a hassle” and I can go on on the excuses to not do any of these activities. the best advice if you feel this happens to you is let it be and do the thing you feel guilty about doing it or wasteful activity or leisure activity you like but you know that it’s not that useful for you  eg. watching TV or playing games whatever it is for you doing these kinds of activities helps me relax afterward and gets back with more energy and inspiration also, found some other ideas that work and you can do them from your house but I still will urge you as I do to myself is to do something out of your comfort zone.
