Micro Habits To Change Your Life and Mindset
if you’ve been looking for how to change your life in a realistic time frame and how to become your ideal / best self, then you are in the right place
in this post, I’ll share the exact strategy that I’ll use to change my life in 7 months by making changes in my habits, behaviours, and identity
What you’ll learn:
principles to create your own habits and change your life
what to focus on
step by step guide
a clear and detailed example of how I am going to execute the plan
let’s go!!

Micro Habits To Change Your Life and mindset
what are the principles that I based this plan on:
1-make it simple, easy and clear so, i(you) can easily follow through with it without mental drama
2-think of who you want to be in each area
In life, career, a specific area of life….identify that person first
eg. you want to be a healthy person, to get in shape, to be a successful YouTuber, to be money-savvy..
3-write the process/the plan to become that, also, the outcome and goal from the activities
eg, drink water, work out daily, steps to selling your products…etc
eg, Outcome: lose fat and gain muscle mass, financially responsible…etc
4-choose what to do(the habits /activities/tasks) from the previous plan
4-varying the actions/activities/habits that you do from ones about getting back to things you dropped that are important to new things you want to do

What to focus on
What you want to change, it can be a behaviour or an identity or an area of your life that’s been bothering you or isn’t where you want to be
Use that in the next step-by-step guide, insert it where it is appropriate,
And don’t skip the identity if you want to change a behavior; instead, think about what behavior you want instead, and what identity the person who does it has
no matter where you start on the steps, still do all of them
practical steps to take
Grab a pen and paper or open text-based software and begin typing
1-Identify who you want to be in life, career, health, finances, side projects, any area of your life, and in general
2-think of the outcome and the goal based on the identity
3-think of what that person would do(what habits, daily small action /activities/ tasks that person do)
3-choose 2-4 things to do in each category and identity
5-plan how you are going to implement it in the day-to-day

Here is a practical example of how to implement the previous steps
I’ll share my exact plan
The goal is to build these habits into my life and do them consistently, hence the time frame

who I want to be: I want to be a person who is responsible for their money, can handle and manage my money
The outcome: to have clear plans on how to use it (budget) and keep track of it
actions/habits to be that:
1-do a budget each month (I’ll use a template from Google, go to your Google Drive> new> Google Sheet> from a template you can > monthly budget)
or you can buy an already-made budget from Etsy)
2-track spending and income each week on Saturdays, do it for an hour AFTER I DO MY MORNING ROUTINE
4-life admin(include organization & decor)
who I want to be: I want to be organised and
The outcome: to have a beautiful home and have an organised space

1-write down all the chores I have to get done on weekly, monthly and quarterly bases
then schedule when to do them exactly beforehand

3-finish the interior design project( continue phase 2&3 from the designing process. if you’re curious to know what these phases are and how am I doing, watch this video to learn
4-do 10 min cleaning for the kitchen & my room each day when I clean after dinner

5-social/relationships:
who I want to be: I want to be present, caring, and there to listen and help
The outcome: to get close to my family
actions/habits to be that:
1-spend more time with them ( daily an 1h-2h, weekly going out)

5-give gifts and care (save money each month starting from April, using the 10/10/10 rule to manage my money, it’s a rule I learned from Manifestation babe Kathrine Zenkina
6-Technology/information:
who I want to be: I want to consciously consume media and content
The outcome: to stop consuming a lot of content, whether for fun or learning, and to consume in moderation and a limited time frame
actions/habits to be that:
How? The entertaining type>>>> limit the amount and determine the time when to do it
It’s included in the information diet below
for information type>>>> follow the low-information diet by Tim Ferris, which consists of
1-go on an immediate one-week media fast
No blogs, audiobooks, podcasts, YouTube, online magazines, news websites or videos, books, tv shows, aka Netflix or any streaming services, web serving, YouTube, or social media scrolling unless it is absolutely necessary for work
The exception is: music which you can listen to all the time, 1h of TV shows each night, 1h of fiction reading before bed and one nonfiction
2-Develop the habit of asking yourself: Will I definitely use this information for something immediate and important?
Because the information is useless if you don’t apply it. Learn the information when it’s going to be useful for you now not in the future if it’s in the future, do it then
3-practice the art of non-finishing
Stop reading, watching, and listening to anything that is boring or unproductive
